Guided meditation – peace be still

Guided meditation – peace be still

in this guided meditation; peace be still, I will gently and lovingly guide you to that inherent freedom.

Peace, being a Divine quality is forever present. It, just like all the other qualities of God, intrinsic to your nature. And so, in this guided meditation; peace be still, I will gently and lovingly guide you to that inherent freedom.

Meditation is one of the most powerful spiritual practices there is. It allows you to come back to the nowness of this moment. To step out of time.

This frees you from the limited perceptions and opinions of the ego. Thus calling forth the peace, the joy, and the beauty that is you. That is your true nature.

The world truly has nothing to give you. But everything radiates and emerges from within you.

Peace be still

As you come back to this moment, allowing peace to reign supreme within you – your world will change.

In other words, if you seek to come back to a state and place of harmony and stillness – your world will become more still and harmonious.

From this place and space of being still, the world can no longer move you. This is so, regardless of your circumstances.

And so, in this meditation I will guide you toward that inherent peace, the stillness that passes human understanding.

Come back to the nowness of this moment

The ego can only exist in time – past, present, future. Through meditation and the stilling of your mind, you step out of time. Thus breaking free from the ego and its projections.

This is the power of meditation. If only you practice it on a constant and regular basis (read daily).

Please be aware that your presence muscle is just like any other muscle. It needs to be exercised and used. Or it will wither and weaken.

Now the thing with most individuals is that they seek to meditate without knowing what meditation is and so they find themselves missing out on the many benefits of meditation.

As this is not a post on meditation I invite you to watch this introductory video explaining what meditation is.
