A powerful morning routine – video
As awakening individuals, we are all solely responsible for our own vibration. In other words, it is our job to maintain a high vibration throughout the day. And so, it is of essence that we start off the day in a high vibration. This is where this simple yet powerful morning routine comes in.
The purpose of a morning routine
Learning to reach and maintain a high vibration is one of the most important things we can learn along the spiritual path.
Through media and other individuals, we are constantly bombarded with negativity, gossip, whining, complaining, violence, and all that stuff.
Which is why it is essential to have a practice that will sustain and lift your vibration above all that negativity.
Which is the purpose of this morning routine.
It will assist you in entering into your day in a high vibration so that you may move through your day, somewhat immune against the lower vibrations that run ramped throughout the collective human consciousness.
The three dimensions of the morning routine
This simple morning routine consists of three parts and I have been using it for many years now, as it allows me to be of service right from the get go each day.
1) Gratitude
This is where you begin to give thanks for all the blessings that are present in your life; the health you enjoy, particular individuals that are in your life, your abundance, prosperity.
Perhaps you are particularly grateful for a lesson or a challenge that you are currently faced with – or one that you have overcome.
Or something else.
The important thing is that you don’t merely go on, listing things to be grateful for but that you actually move yourself into the feeling tone of being grateful. It is the feeling that lifts your vibration, not the words you utter.
2) Making yourself open and available to catch guidance
The second part of this morning routine is when you make yourself open and available to catch guidance as to how you may be of service this particular day.
In substance you give your life and your will over the the will of God, asking God to guide you to who, when, and how you can serve.
You may articulate it in whatever way you desire, the important thing is that you surrender and ask for guidance.
I, usually say something like; I place my will and my life into the hands of God and let God’s will be done in my life. Thank you, God, for showing me who, where, and how I can serve today.
Then I release it and move on to the third step.
3) Praying for those in need
The third step is about expanding your consciousness and pray for others in need. A family member, a friend, a loved one. Or even someone you don’t like.
You pray for them, not from a place of feeling sorry for them or worrying about them, but from a place of knowing that all is good and well right where they are.
You pray for them from a place of knowing that whatever they are going through, it is done.
